MANNER FOR DISSEMINATION OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”), FIT Hon Teng Limited* (“FIT”) will disseminate corporate communications of FIT to its shareholders electronically and only send corporate communications in printed form to the shareholders upon request to the extent applicable with effect from June 21, 2024:

1. Actionable Corporate Communications

• Actionable Corporate Communications refer to any corporate communication that seeks instructions from FIT’s securities holders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as FIT’s securities holder.

• To the extent FIT possesses the email address of a shareholder and the choice of language for all future Actionable Corporate Communications (see section headed “3. Election of Language and Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications” below), FIT will send the English or Chinese version (according to the choice of the shareholders) of the Actionable Corporate Communications to its shareholders individually in electronic form by email.

• If FIT does not possess the email address of a shareholder or the email address provided is not functional, printed copies of the Actionable Corporate Communications will be provided to such shareholder by post to the shareholder’s address as it appears in FIT’s register of members along with a request for a functional email address for future disseminations.

2. Corporate Communications

• The English and Chinese versions of corporate communications are available on FIT’s website and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

• FIT’s shareholders are encouraged to proactively monitor the availability of all future corporate communications on the above websites and access the website version of corporate communications by themselves.

3. Election of Language and Means of Receipt of Corporate Communications

• A one-time notification will be sent to both registered shareholders and non-registered shareholders of FIT, who are encouraged to compete and sign the reply form attached to the notification to provide FIT with his/her email addresses and choice of language for all future corporate communications.

• Shareholders of FIT may at any time change their choice of language or means of receipt of all future corporate communications by giving written notice by completing and submitting the relevant request form by post to FIT’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong; or (ii) via email to fit.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

4. Provision of Printed Copies

• If a shareholder of FIT has difficulty in accessing the corporate communications electronically for any reason, or wishes to receive printed copies of the corporate communications, FIT will (upon receipt of request in writing by the Shareholder to FIT’s share registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong; or (ii) via email to fit.ecom@computershare.com.hk), promptly upon his/her request send the printed version to him/her free of charge.

5. Relevant Forms

• Reply Forms for registered shareholders and non-registered shareholders of FIT to provide their email addresses, choice of language for receipt of all future corporate communications or means of receiving all future corporate communications and/or to request the printed version are available for download below:

^#It is the responsibility of the shareholders of FIT to provide an email address that is functional. If FIT does not possess the email address of its shareholder or the email address provided is not functional, FIT will act according to the above arrangements. FIT will be considered to have complied with the Listing Rules if it sends Actionable Corporate Communications to the email address provided by a shareholder of FIT  without receiving any “non-delivery message”.
